Modern conflict and negotiation, whether of the professional, political or personal kind, can be a very complex process to navigate. This brief note is designed to help you to connect with us in an easy and efficient way, so that we can assist you as a matter of preference.
WHAT WE DO: We offer a uniquely comprehensive elite conflict and negotiation service, not available in this format anywhere else in the country. We will either advise you, or represent you, in any conflict or negotiation project or challenge that you have. A comprehensive mandate note is drafted and shared with you before we begin the work.
Additionally, we advise corporate, political, NGO and other organizations, as well as individuals and teams, on optimizing their conflict and negotiation skills and results. This includes the design of workplace conflict systems, detailed campaigns requiring advanced strategic and complexity knowledge, and the transfer of such skills where required. We understand that winning makes your world go around, and it is our responsibility to get you there.
We also do advanced seminar and workshop presentations, team and personal coaching in selected conflict or negotiation topics, advice on the conflict or negotiation aspects of pending or future litigation, distance-learning advanced courses and much more.

NATIONWIDE REPRESENTATION: Our work is done on a national front, with either local representatives available, or travel arranged as required.
PLATFORMS AND PRESENTATION: Depending on the type of work at hand, we engage with you in-person, online or via a hybrid approach, as your circumstances require.
THE PROCESS ITSELF, AND ACCESS: All you need to do, as complex and detailed as your instruction may be, is to contact us, on any of our many available contact details (see details below), and we take everything from there for you - the details of information required, consultations, the strategy and execution, all of that. We advise, you approve or amend, we execute. Throughout all of the lifetime of the mandate you get to decide who of our senior consultants represent and engage with you, and you have an unconditional 24/7 access, on all platforms, to our services.
PROFESSIONAL FEES: Over thirty years of service, and a lot of research on the best available models, mean you do not have to be concerned about affordability, open-ended and difficult to manage fees, or those unexpected surprise costs. At the outset of your mandate, when we know what you require, you get the opportunity to choose from one of our fee models, and that is confirmed with you in writing. These models, for you to choose from, are the hourly rate fee, the very popular global (once-off) fee, or the monthly retainer option. Simple as that.
TRANSPARENCY, AND CONFIDENTIALITY: Protecting your interests is a sacrosanct duty for us, and the highest confidentiality best practices are followed at all times, including exceeding relevant technological protocols. Our work with you, on the other hand, is built on trust and absolute transparency to you, in the design and execution of our mandate.
