1. ELITE NEGOTIATION - THE WINDS OF CHANGE

Recent developments across a range of sciences and disciplines have forever changed the contents, application and potential of elite negotiation. Those who choose not to adapt will soon be at a distinct disadvantage in the marketplace. 


The workshop is a 3-hour intensive focus on the tactics, strategies and options available to elite negotiators, senior management and business owners. 


Material presented includes cutting-edge best practices, case studies and statistics forming part of Andre Vlok's upcoming book on this topic, and attendees participate in a unique level of engagement and learning. 




2. WORKPLACE CONFLICT - TURNING CONFLICT INTO PRODUCTIVITY AND PROFITABILITY

Most South African businesses still approach workplace conflict as a dreaded inevitability, something to be endured and avoided as far as possible. In the process outdated HR and workplace disciplinary processes are installed and maintained, resulting in measurable economic and other harm across a spectrum of categories. Outsourcing these functions simply perpetuates these outdated methods, while ostensibly being affordable. In this way, conflict symptoms are treated on a continuous loop, without addressing and dealing with the conflict causes.

3. WORKPLACE MEDIATION - THE MODERN SOLUTION TO WORKPLACE CONFLICT

Workplace mediation, when applied correctly, offers a wide range of immediate and measurable workplace benefits, from a decrease in more traditional disciplinary processes to an increase in discipline, productivity and other efficiency markers. As yet, the South African workplace lags behind several global counterparts in the implementation and internalization of this modern skill, especially in the middle and higher management structures. 


This workshop shows clearly the options available, how to integrate this powerful tool in existing workplace codes and staff frameworks, and the measurable cost benefits to be derived from this implementation. It is a 2-hour workshop, with extensive notes and links assisting with such frameworks.
